How do I place an order?

What are the shipping fees?
Iepagm offers the following shipping options:
Expedited Shipping: $8.99
Free Shipping: Free for orders of $49.00 and above
Standard Shipping: $5.99 for orders from $0.00 to $49.00
Shipping fees are calculated according to the order amount and shipping method shown at checkout.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free Shipping is available for orders of $49.00 and above. Orders from $0.00 to $49.00 are eligible for Standard Shipping at $5.99. Expedited Shipping is available for $8.99 when shown at checkout.
Can I change my order after placing it?
If you need to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible at service@Iepagm.com. We will try to help before the order is processed or shipped. Once the package has already been shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
What should I do if my coffee cup arrives broken or damaged?
If your coffee cup arrives broken or damaged, please contact us promptly at service@Iepagm.com. Include your order number, photos of the damaged item, photos of the inner and outer packaging, and a photo of the shipping label. Please do not discard the damaged item or packaging before contacting us, as they may be needed for review.
Do you accept returns and refunds?
Yes. Iepagm accepts eligible returns and refunds. Returned items must be sent to our designated return address: CharlottenstraBe 10, 10117 Berlin, Germany. Please contact us before returning any item so we can confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
Can I return an item without contacting customer service first?
